Do I need a special format?
No. Just tell it like reporting to your manager: where you went, who you met, what came of it. Place, person, result and follow-up each go into their own column.
Is the follow-up recorded?
Yes. Just say it ("bring samples Thursday"), and it goes into Follow-up with its date. Visits this week and reports per place this month add up by themselves.
Can a manager see the team's reports?
Yes, with a subscription. One table is shared with the team: each salesperson records as a recorder and only sees their own, the manager sees everything.
Can I open it in Excel?
Yes. Every table can be downloaded as .xlsx or .csv, or copied and pasted straight into Excel.
