Questions
Do item names have to match exactly?
No. New items join the list by themselves. When a name is close to one already there ("noodle" and "Instant Noodles"), Humaira marks it to check, then remembers that spelling.
Can I see the stock of each item?
Yes. Stock per item adds up by itself: what came in, minus what was sold, used or damaged.
Can one message cover several items?
Yes. "Sold 3 noodles, 2 waters, 5 coffee sachets" becomes three rows.
Can I open it in Excel?
Yes. Every table can be downloaded as .xlsx or .csv, or copied and pasted straight into Excel.
