How it works
- Send a voice note. On WhatsApp, Telegram, or the record button in the app. Talk normally, like to a friend.
- Rows, right away. What you say is sorted into the right columns: item, amount, price, customer name.
- See totals, download Excel. Totals add up by themselves. Download .xlsx or copy to Excel any time.

Questions
Can I change paid and delivery status?
Yes. Reply to the order's voice message, "paid" or "delivered", and the status changes. You can change it in the app too.
Can I see unpaid orders?
Yes. The number of unpaid orders and this month's orders per status add up by themselves.
What about deposits?
Just say it ("100 thousand deposit"), and it's recorded with the order. Once paid, reply to the message: "paid in full".
Can I open it in Excel?
Yes. Every table can be downloaded as .xlsx or .csv, or copied and pasted straight into Excel.
