These Terms of Service govern the use of Humaira's website and app ("we"). By creating an account or using Humaira, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. The Indonesian version prevails.
1. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity through it.
2. The Service
Humaira helps you record into tables with the help of artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. Check the results before you rely on them. Humaira is not financial, accounting or tax advice. We may change, add or stop features at any time.
3. Plans and Payment
Plans, usage limits and prices are shown in Humaira. Payments are non-refundable, unless we or the law provide otherwise.
4. Your Content
Your notes and tables remain yours. You allow us to store and process them to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you enter, including other people's data.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use Humaira for anything unlawful or that infringes others' rights, or to disrupt or damage the service. We may limit or close accounts that break these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
As far as the law allows, Humaira is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
8. Changes
We may change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are shown on this page with a new effective date.
