Questions
Is patient data recorded?
No. What's recorded are visits to doctors, pharmacies and clinics: who you met, products discussed, samples, and follow-ups. No patient data goes in.
Do product names have to match exactly?
No. New products join the list by themselves, and close names ("amlodipin" and "Amlodipine") are marked to check. You can also put product names in the glossary so they're always spelled the same.
Can a manager see the team's reports?
Yes, with a subscription. One table is shared with the team: each rep records as a recorder and only sees their own, the manager sees everything.
Can I open it in Excel?
Yes. Every table can be downloaded as .xlsx or .csv, or copied and pasted straight into Excel.
