Do I have to speak in a certain way?
No. Just talk normally, like to a friend. One message can hold several things ("sold 3 noodles, paid electricity 350 thousand"), and each goes into the right table.
Can I set the columns myself?
Yes. Start from a ready-made table (Personal Finance, Business Cash, Stock, Orders, Visit Report, Office Report) and change its columns, describe the table you want in your own words, or start a blank one.
What if Humaira mishears?
Anything unclear is marked "To check" and not counted in totals until you check it. Recorded wrong? Reply to the message and say what's right: "wrong, 4 not 3".
Can I open it in Excel?
Yes. Every table can be downloaded as .xlsx or .csv, or copied and pasted straight into Excel.
